NeuroGen Tech Collective is a young adult‑run, neurodiversity‑affirming micro‑enterprise that empowers neurodiverse young adults in Canberra through hands‑on technology reuse, skills development, and circular economy innovation. The project collects unwanted computers from the community, dismantles and tests components, refurbishes working machines, and sells or donates the resulting technology. Participants earn income, build confidence, and develop transferable skills in IT, repair, teamwork, communication, and micro‑enterprise operations.
